New garden pond installation with pump system
High-quality complete renovation of an old house
Affordable repair of sofa, mirror and balcony
Fix hanging lamp and water damage

New Renovation Project
We have a ceiling where we would like to hang a pendant light over our coffee table. We will likely need an electrician to help us with the installation.

New Renovation Project
We have a terrace or balcony without a roof, which causes a lot of precipitation, pollen, and natural dirt to settle on the light stone tiles. We would like to have the tiles thoroughly cleaned and the joints sealed to prevent weed growth.
Stuck Integrated Window Blind
We have a window with blinds integrated into the space between the glass panes. The blinds in the right sash can no longer be moved properly and are hanging crookedly. As a result, we can no longer properly regulate the light and privacy in our room. We would like to have the blinds repaired to be fully functional again.

Overloaded Single Wall Outlet
We only have one socket on this wall, so we are currently using a bulky three-way adapter plug as a temporary fix to connect our electronics. This setup sticks out far too much and feels like a safety hazard that could easily get knocked or overloaded. We would like this replaced with a proper flush-mounted multi-outlet panel.

Loose Wall Paneling Slats
We have noticed that some of the vertical wood slats on our decorative wall paneling are slightly loose and not perfectly aligned near the bottom. It ruins the uniform look of our feature wall and we're worried they might fall off or get damaged further. We'd like to get them properly secured and realigned so the wall looks neat and finished.

Sticking Sliding Patio Door
We noticed that our large sliding glass door leading to the terrace has become increasingly difficult to slide and frequently gets stuck on its track. Right now, we have to pull it with a lot of force just to open it a crack, which makes us worry we might damage the handle or frame. We would like to have the rollers and tracks serviced or replaced so it glides smoothly again.
Electrical Outlet Upgrade and Wall Refresh
The wall currently features a single electrical outlet extended by a three-way plug-splitter, indicating an inadequate number of power points for the area. This setup is a temporary solution that can be visually unappealing and potentially create clutter or tripping hazards. The project aims to replace the existing single outlet with a multi-gang electrical outlet and refresh the wall surface for a clean, professional finish.
Interior Paint Refresh
The walls and sloped ceiling exhibit signs of general wear, minor discoloration, and potential fading, which detracts from the room's aesthetic. This indicates a need for surface preparation and a fresh coat of paint. The project will involve thorough cleaning, minor surface preparation if needed, and a complete repaint to achieve a uniform and refreshed appearance throughout the room.
Wall Condition and Unfinished Electrical Opening
The image reveals an existing electrical outlet on a painted wall, adjacent to which is an open, circular hole. The hole appears to be part of an incomplete or abandoned electrical installation, presenting both a safety concern and an aesthetic flaw. Minor discoloration and marks are also visible on the wall around the active outlet.
